Content Description
The folder includes a book fragment in German (late 1400s) and a folio in Latin (ca. late 1400-1500). The book fragment in German has two pages. The fist page [jl/jj] is about the life of St. Athanasius of Alexandira (298-373), with a woodcut image depicting St. Antonius and St. Paul, the First Hermit. The story is possibly written by St. Jeronimus. The second page [157] talks about the monastery life of saints, mentioning Abbot Cassianus and Abbot Theodorus. The folio in Latin numbered 191, 192, [197],198 includes letters and commentary texts with details about the saint's feast days. The folio is unopened and has compositor's mark '"B"
