Joseph E. Walker's handwritten account of the people and events surrounding the Whitman Massacre. He details before, during and after the massacre takes place. The Eell's, Walker's and Spaulding's are documented in his writings. Walker added a post-script at the end of the account for Pacific University's president, Thomas McClelland, regarding the authenticity of the events and the publishing rights.
