An addition to the collection assembled by feminist activist Mary Whitmore through her work on women's rights between 1977-2020. Includes: I. Photographs, Writings, and Clippings: -- "ERA Action Line Message Log, 1979-1981": documentation of outgoing messages recorded for the ERA political news hotline that Mary Whitmore maintained while living in Washington State. Marked "Very very important." -- Scrapbook containing photographs of pro-ERA feminist protests that Mary Whitmore attended between 1977-1983 with a few later items dated 1990s-2000s, including events in Washington State, Illinois, Virginia, Washington DC and Oregon; compiled 2015. -- Loose photographs of feminist protests and meetings from 1977-1980s, in Texas, Virginia, Washington; and from the Women's Marches of 2017; and original artwork by Mary Whitmore (1 folder and 1 oversized folder). -- "Off Our Backs" Oct 1981 newspaper issue, featuring an article on the Washington DC 1981 protests in which Whitmore participated. -- Scrapbook of ERA news clippings from 1980, marked "Very very important." -- Photograph album from Susan B.
