An acrylic landscape painting depicting a house and fields on Highway 47 near the village of Verboort, north of Forest Grove, Oregon. It is labelled on the verso: "Springtime: Acrylic by Jan Shield; Paintings of the region done on commission" and "Hwy 47, Verboort Rd, 1985". The artist, Jan Shield, was an art professor at Pacific University for many decades. Framed.
