Content Description
Used by either the Nootka or Makah in Washington. Made of either bear or squaw grass with a cedar bark base. Tan with turquoise and purple stripes, purple and orange broken handle. 12" by 2 1/2" by 8". Note included indicates: "Gift of Ida McDonald, March 1956. Collected by Ida's mother-in-law in Tacoma, probably between 1910-1930."
