Content Description
Two wooden butter paddles from Forest Grove, Oregon (labeled A, B). Used to make butter by forming the curd into lumps and forcing out the milk. Both were made by hand. Butter paddle A is 9 7/8" long, 3 3/4" wide with rounded ends. There is a hole in the end for hanging it up. Butter paddle B is 11" long total, with the handle being 6 1/2" long, 1" in diameter, and the paddle being 4" long, 3 1/2" wide.
