Joseph Walker Marsh upright clock

Content Description
Small upright clock made of wood and metal. 9 1/2" by 6" by 3". Has roman numerals and a door to the face of clock that opens. On the inside of the clock is the pendulum that went with it. The pendulum is gold colored and is about 1 3/4" in diameter. Made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company in Thomaston, Connecticut. Used by Professor J. W. (Joseph Walker) Marsh in his classroom at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Marsh was a professor of languages and was the brother of the first president of Pacific University. The clock was cleaned and repaired in 1966.
