Metal compact used to carry powder for a lady's face. From Forest Grove, Oregon. 1 3/4" in diameter. Powder puff inside. Trimmed with pink silk and a small ring holder. Mirror is on the top of the box. On the inside of the lid, it says "La Compacte" "Poudre de Riz Rafraichiss ante" "Dorin Paris". Donated as part of the Edith Hockley memorial.
