Content Description
Tool used to punch holes in cloth to be embroidered around in a circle. Made of steel with the handle silver plated and decorated. 5" long, 3/16" in diameter at the widest point, narrows to a sharp point. A guide to the size of the hole fits over the long point. Has a screw to set the size. From Forest Grove, Oregon. Donated as part of the Edith Hockley memorial.
