Content Description
Gray rubber horseshoe cover with horseshoe imprint. 8" by 6 1/2". Put on a horse's shoe when the horse was pulling a carriage to a fancy social gathering to prevent the noisy clomping of horseshoes. This was dug out of excavation for the library in Forest Grove, Oregon.
