Content Description
Lap desk made of wood and felt with metal hinges and locks. 17 1/8" long, 9 1/2" wide. Opens on a slant. Has a place for bottles of ink, pens, etc. at the top. Lower section has a place for paper under the top. There is a drawer under the top section. Made in England and brought to America in the 1850s.
