Black and dark green cloth skirt made of cotton and wool. Long skirt, gored, with two narrow satin ruffles at the bottom. Skirt is lined throughout. A band of velveteen on the inside at the bottom. Worn at the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago called the World's Columbian Exposition.
