Satin blouse with 3/4 length sleeves (fairly tight), cut long in the back, with 20 buttons down the front. 1 1/2" stand-up collar fitted with darts at the waist. Ordered in New York. Part of the trousseau, a bride's clothes and belongings, of Elizabeth Cornwall Geiger when she married Dr. William Geiger, Jr., in 1847.
