Content Description

Used to eat and serve with by the Eskimos in western Alaska. Made of wood. Total dimensions: 16 1/2" long, 6 3/8" wide. Spoon bowl: 11 1/4" long, 6 3/8" wide, 2 5/8" deep. Handle: 4 7/8" long, 1" wide, 3/4" deep. There is a square notch where the handle and bowl meet. On the bottom, there are the initials " W.E.W. " written in red crayon. Believed to have been made with an adze.
