Test Collection 101 for Orbis Cascade Alliance
In 2022, the Orbis Cascade Alliance needed to test OAI-PMH and API methods for harvesting EAD metadata using a test collection. Pacific University's Archivist created this dummy collection in ArchivesSpace in order to facilitate that testing. No actual material exists in this collection; it is for testing purposes only.
Theta Nu Alpha (Pacific University) Collection
Theta Nu Alpha is a Pacific University sorority which was founded in 1921. This collection includes newsletters, photographs, alumni records, a banquet invitation, and other material. Although the material all dates from the late 1940s through the early 1960s, information about earlier members is included in the Alumni Records section.
Tom McCall Forum Collection
The Tom McCall Forum was an annual political debate series that Pacific University hosted from 1982-2007. The collection includes video recordings, promotional material and photographs documenting the debates.

Tim and Cathy Tran Collection
Tim (Khiem) and Cathy (Thuy) Tran were international students from South Vietnam who attended Pacific University from 1970-1972. In 2017, they established an endowment for the Pacific University Libraries, and the Forest Grove campus library was renamed in their honor. This collection includes the handmade camp stove that they used while living in a refugee camp in Malaysia, as well as copies of news articles and photographs related to their life story.
Tualatin Plains Historical Society Collection
The Tualatin Plains Historical Society was an organization dedicated to local history in the region of Forest Grove, Oregon. The collection includes meeting meetings, financial records and other materials documenting their activities.
Tuality Healthcare healthy living DVDs and related materials
Three boxes of DVD's and two boxes of folders from Tuality Healthcare in Hillsboro, Oregon. The DVD's and other materials contain information on healthy living, including cooking instructions, grocery shopping guides and medical care information packets. These items were donated by the Tuality Hospital Health Sciences Library.
United States Navy Photographs of World War II
The United States Navy employed combat photographers throughout the Second World War to document the actions of the military. This collection contains approximately 80 of these black and white glossy photographs from the Pacific front, showing such events as the bombing of Pearl Harbor and the surrender of the Japanese on the USS Missouri.
Charles Walker Papers
Charles Walker graduated from Tualatin Academy in 1902, after which time he attended Pacific University for one year. This collection contains his personal diaries, correspondence, photographs, postcards and other ephemera.
