Content Description
A set of original "Ms. Magazine" issues spanning 1972-2003 and 2019-2023. Approximately 260 issues are present, with some scattered gaps within the run. Many issues were collected Linda Stiles, a retired librarian and resident of Forest Grove, OR; her name is on the address labels of those she once owned. Other issues were donated by Mary Whitmore, a feminist activist and resident of Forest Grove, OR.

Historical Note
Ms. Magazine is an American feminist magazine co-founded in 1971 by Gloria Steinem. For many years, it was the most prominent nationally distributed feminist magazine. It is closely associated with the second-wave feminist movement that began in the 1960s.
