The Pacific University Mother's Club was a volunteer organization that participated in fundraising and student activities from the 1930s until at least the 1960s. This collection includes a scrapbook, meeting minutes and other records of the club.

John Francis Dobbs served as the President of Pacific University from 1924-1940. The collection includes scattered correpondence and reports, many of which relate to the university's financial difficulties and fundraising needs during the Great Depression.

Dr. Miller A.F. Ritchie (1909-2000) was president of Pacific University from 1959-1970. Included in this collection are his personal papers, memorabilia and office records.

Thomas McClelland was Pacific University's fourth president, serving from 1892-1900. This collection is primarily composed of correspondence that President McClelland received and wrote during his time at Pacific University.

Walter C. Giersbach was president of Pacific University from 1941-1953. The collection is comprised of office records from his presidency, as well as a small collection of documents by his wife, Marion Giersbach.

The Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns used Pacific University's facilities for football training camps in the late 1950s to early 1960s. This collection includes records related to their visits, as well as correspondence between Pacific University and other professional football teams.

Pacific University, founded in 1849, has advertised itself through promotional publications since the late 1800s. This collection includes viewbooks, pamphlets, fliers, brochures, postcards, calendars and other material that the university issued in order to attract new students, aid fundraising efforts, and advertise its activities.
