Pacific University Student Early Manuscript Serials
The students at Pacific University and Tualatin Academy, which was one of the earliest institutions of higher education in Oregon, created many literary magazines in the 1850's and 1860's. This collection contains many examples of such handwritten serial publications authored and edited by these students.
Pacific University Football Films
This collection includes 16mm motion picture films of the Pacific University football team from the 1940s-1980s.
Pacific University Forensics Collection
The Pacific University Forensics Collection includes speech and debate programs, written orations, news clippings related to oratorical events paticipated in or attended by Pacific University students. Also included is a scrapbook of Pacific University music and debate programs probably made by a class of 1900 student. Many events were sponsored by the Inter-Collegiate Oratorial Association of Oregon.
Pacific University Guild Records
The Pacific University Guild was an organization of women supporters of Pacific University that was active from the 1930s-1970s. This collection contains it records, including correspondence, dues records, financial reports, meeting minutes, newsletters and membership lists from throughout the time the club was active.
Pacific University Intercollegiate Knights Collection
The Intercollegiate Knights, a national fraternal society originally known as the "Badger Knights" until 1948, was a service organization on the Pacific campus only available to Freshman and Sophomore boys. This collection includes the Intercollegiate Knight scrapbook from the years of 1957 to 1965 as well as the pamphlets for two dances hosted by the Intercollegiate Knights and the Boxerettes.
Pacific University intramural sports shirt
Pacific University had an active intramural sports program during the 1960s, which brought together undergraduate and professional, optometry students through athletic contests. This collection contains a shirt used by Pacific University optometry student, Jerry Jolley (Class of 1968, Optometry 1970), for intramural sports.
