The collection contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, and photographs pertaining to Mary Drain Albro, founder of the Pioneer Rose Association, and the Old Memorial Rose Dedication at Pacific University.

The College Association of the Lower Willamette Valley was an organization that brought together faculty members from several small private colleges near Portland, Oregon. The collection includes its constitution and minutes from its meetings.

Ernestine Brown was Pacific University graduate of the class of 1923. She is a descendent of Tabitha Moffett Brown, one of the founders of Pacific University. The scrapbook was created while Ernestine attended Pacific University from 1917-1922.

Collection consists of a scrapbook and audio cassette tape pertaining to Dr. Cecilie Froelich who served as chair of Pacific University's Department of Mathematics.

Pacific University created postcards depicting buildings on campus to gain the attention of prospective students in the early 1900s. This collection contains three of these postcards that belonged to the Jackson family of Gaston, Oregon. Two of the postcards contain handwritten messages that were sent to Mrs. Susie Hatfield Jackson of Silver Bell, Arizona.

The Board of Trustees are a group of volunteers that act as a governing body of the corporation that is Pacific University. The Board of Trustees office records include items owned by individual board members such as board directories and handbooks; and items owned by the office such as financial papers, memos, by-laws, meeting minutes, correspondence and miscellaneous documents.

This collection includes viewbooks, pamphlets, fliers, brochures, postcards, calendars and other material that the university issued in order to attract new students, aid fundraising efforts, and advertise its activities.
